Rain Days
We understand that Mother Nature can be unpredictable! If bad weather is in the forecast, you may reschedule your picnic either the day before or the morning of the event. Rescheduling is available within a two-month window. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
(Non-weather related) life happens, and we get it! If you need to reschedule for any other reason, we require at least 72 hours’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable, but we’ll work with you to find a new date that fits your schedule.
Emergency Day-Of Cancellations
If an emergency arises and you need to cancel or leave early once your picnic is set up, we’re unable to offer refunds. However, if you let us know at least 4 hours before your event, we’ll do our best to reschedule within two months of your original date.
